I'm Ivy, an 11-year-old animal lover and entrepreneur from the Wylie/Murphy, TX area! I started Pawfect Pet Care because I have four dogs of my own and absolutely love caring for animals. I attend a local intermediate school and run this business in my free time.

Are you supervised by an adult?

Yes! My parents are aware of and support my business. For every job, a parent is available nearby. Your pet's safety is always the top priority.

What kinds of pets do you care for?

I primarily care for dogs and cats, but I'm happy to help with other friendly pets too — just ask! I have experience with dogs of all sizes and temperaments thanks to my own four pups.

What services do you offer?

I offer dog walking (15 min/$10, 30 min/$15, 60 min/$20), pet baths ($25), playtime sessions (15 min/$10, 30 min/$15), potty breaks ($5), monthly yard cleaning ($30), litter box cleaning ($5 single cat / $10 multiple cats), and cage cleaning for birds, guinea pigs, rabbits, snakes, and other small animals ($30). All services are performed with lots of love and attention!

How do I pay for services?

Payment is due after each service. I accept cash and Venmo. Just let me know which you prefer when you book!

Do you offer discounts for multiple pets?

Accepted Answer

I offer a 20% multi-pet discount, but send me a message when you book and we can talk about it! I love meeting all the pets in the neighborhood.

Question 8

What is included in a pet bath?

A pet bath includes a full wash with pet-safe shampoo, rinse, towel dry, and a little brushing. Your pup will come home smelling fresh and feeling great!

What does cage cleaning include?

I'll remove old bedding, wipe down the cage surfaces, and refresh everything so your pet has a clean, healthy home. I can clean cages for birds, guinea pigs, rabbits, snakes, and other small animals. Please supply fresh bedding and any preferred cleaning products — just let me know what your pet needs!

What does litter box cleaning include?

I'll scoop, clean, and freshen up your cat's litter box. It's $5 for a single cat and $10 for multiple cats or multiple boxes. Please supply litter and any preferred cleaning supplies.

How do I book a service?

Just fill out the booking form on my website! I'll get back to you within a few hours to confirm the details and schedule. It's quick and easy.

How far in advance do I need to book?

I recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance so I can plan my schedule. For same-day requests, feel free to reach out — I'll do my best to fit you in!

What days and hours are you available?

I'm available before school from 6:45a - 7:45a, after school on weekdays (generally 3:30–8:00 PM), and most of the day on weekends. Availability may vary during school breaks and holidays — just ask!

No problem! Just let me know as soon as possible and we'll find a new time that works. I totally understand that life happens!

How does the loyalty rewards program work?

Accepted Answer

Every service has its own reward track! Every 10 walks = 1 free walk. Every 5 baths = 1 free bath. Every 5 yard cleanings = 1 free yard cleaning. Every 10 litter box cleanings = 1 free litter box cleaning. Every 5 cage cleanings = 1 free cage cleaning. I keep track of everything — no punch cards needed!

Can I earn rewards for multiple services at the same time?

Absolutely! Every service is tracked separately, so you can be working toward a free walk, a free bath, a free litter box cleaning, and a free cage cleaning all at the same time.

Do loyalty rewards expire?

Accepted Answer

Nope! Your rewards don't expire as long as we're still working together. I'll always remember your count.

Do litter box cleanings for single and multiple cats count the same?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Whether you book the single-cat ($5) or multiple-cat ($10) option, each visit counts as one toward your 10 litter box cleanings.
